DecideCSV is an independent software product operated under the DecideCSV brand. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
DecideCSV applies one bounded classification, predicate, or scoring question to values in a CSV file. You are responsible for your data, instructions, OpenAI account, model outputs, and every downstream decision.
Purchases and limits
A purchase unlocks processing for one matching CSV file containing up to 2,000 rows. The entitlement remains available for 48 hours after activation. OpenAI usage charges are separate and paid through your own API account. Prices and included limits are shown before checkout.
Acceptable use
You must have the right to process the data you submit. Do not use DecideCSV for unlawful activity, abuse, security attacks, or consequential decisions in medical care, credit, insurance, employment, housing, legal adjudication, or other high-risk domains.
Third-party services
The service depends on Cloudflare, OpenAI, and Paddle. The OpenAI Decisions API may be a beta service whose availability, behavior, limits, or output can change. DecideCSV does not guarantee model accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or a particular business result.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DecideCSV is provided “as is” and liability relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
