CSV files
Your CSV is parsed in your browser. DecideCSV does not upload or store the original file as a server-side object.
Selected cell values
Values from the column you select are sent through the DecideCSV Cloudflare Worker to the OpenAI Decisions API. They must leave your device for OpenAI to process them. DecideCSV does not intentionally persist those values or model answers on its server.
OpenAI API keys
Your key is held in the current page memory and sent with processing requests. It is not written to localStorage, IndexedDB, DecideCSV’s database, analytics, or application logs. Refreshing or closing the page removes it.
Local progress
Configuration, row status, and results may be stored in your browser using IndexedDB so a job can resume. You can remove this data at any time with “Clear local data” in the application.
Payments
Paddle processes checkout and payment details. DecideCSV stores minimal transaction, file-hash, and entitlement identifiers needed to activate and protect a purchased run. DecideCSV does not receive or store full payment-card details.
Product events
DecideCSV may store privacy-minimized events such as a random session identifier, traffic source, row-count range, decision type, and success or failure counts. These events do not contain CSV cell values, model answers, or your OpenAI API key.
Marketing analytics
Public marketing and documentation pages use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate page views, referrers, device and browser categories, and site interactions. Analytics storage, advertising storage, Google Signals, and ad personalization are disabled by default. The CSV processing application at /app/ does not load Google Analytics, session replay, advertising, or chat widgets.
Third-party services
Cloudflare provides hosting and security, OpenAI processes selected values, Paddle processes purchases, and Google provides aggregate analytics on public pages. Each service handles data under its own terms and privacy policy. Do not submit sensitive or regulated data unless your agreements and settings permit that use.

Email support@decidecsv.com. To locate a purchase-related record, include the email used at checkout and the Paddle transaction reference; do not send your API key or full CSV.
